San José State University (commonly referred as SJSU) is a public university located in San Jose, California, USA. It is the founding school of the 23 campus California State University (CSU) system, and holds the distinction of being the oldest public institution of higher education on the West Coast of the United States.
Located in downtown San Jose, the SJSU main campus is situated on 154 acres (62 ha), or roughly 19 square blocks. SJSU's student population is one of the most ethnically diverse in the USA. Most of the San José State University alumni are hired by Silicon Valley firms than any other college or university and philanthropic support of SJSU is among the highest in the CSU system.

Bangalore Institute of Technology is an engineering college affiliated to the Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belgaum located in the heart of Bangalore, the "Electronic City" and Silicon Valley of India. The institution came into being in August, 1979. BIT is currently placed as the best college affiliated to VTU.
In India, BIT was the pioneer in establishing Computer Science and Engineering course, with affiliation to BANGALORE UNIVERSITY in the year 1982. It has excellent infrastructure facilities with a variety of platforms to prepare the students to conquer the demands of the professional industry, R&D organizations and computer related areas.
Technical Projects
Amazon EC2 Instance Monitoring
Developed a dashboard to monitor CPU, memory, n/w, disk statistics of EC2 instances. In high load, alerted user with automated message. (AWS API – Node.js – Bootstrap – High Charts –Twilio)
iShare - The Joy of Sharing
Developed app for sharing unused food items. Delivered notification using GCM, displayed items using Google Maps API, leveraged BaaS using Parse SDK. (Android – Parse SDK – REST API)
MovieBuddy
Built Android app consuming Rotten Tomatoes APIs that provide info about upcoming and in-theater movies. Used open source libraries including Retrofit, Otto, Butterknife. (Android – RESTful Web Services)
Mobile Application Testing
Performed automation testing on Facebook mobile app for Android and iOS. Prepared unit test plans and executed them accordingly. (Appium – Selenium – TestNG)
Disaster Recovery of VMs
Created an availability manager to monitor the health of virtual machines and auto restart or migrate in case of VM failure. (viJava – VMware ESXi – vSphere client)
Shortest Time to Destination
Created application to find shortest time b/w patient’s location to nearest hospital, considering vehicle traffic. Integrated maps & designed frontend using bootstrap. (Java – Bootstrap – Google API)
Front End Web Development
Developed a website for personal use using bootstrap, javascript, css3, media queries.
